ORDINANCE NO. 02 7 2 3
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED AND
FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00) FROM ONE SUB-DIVISION OF
. THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE TO ANOTHER SUB-
.
DIVISION OF SAID DEPARTMENT.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00)
be and the same is hereby transferred from the Department of Office
Supplies B-9 to Temporary Wages B-6 in the Department of Finance
of said City.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
