AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES cm SOUTH
MICHIGAN STREET BETWEEN BRONSON STSET ON THE NORTH
AND KEASEY AND GARST STREETS ON THE SOUTH .
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That it shall be unlawful for anyone to park any vehicle
on South Michigan Street between the Northerly line of Bronson
and the Southerly lines of Keasey and Garet Streets, continuously
for more than three ( 3) hours on any day of the week except Sunday,
between the hours of 6:00 o*clock A.M. and 6:00 o*clock P.M. All
parking shall be at an angle of thirty (30) degrees with the curb.
SECTION 2.
Any violation of the foregoing provisions of this
Ordinance shall be punishable by a fine of not less than One Dollar
($1.00) nor more than Fifty Dollars (50.00) and any person so
violating this Ordinance may be imprisoned in the County Jail until
such fine is paid or replevied, but;not to exceed thirty (30) days.
SECTION 3.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and legal publication.PA'
