ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN SUMS OF MONEY FROM
ONE SUB-DEPARTMENT TO ANOTHER SUB-DEPARTMENT
IN THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) be transferred from
Q-12-D (Other Equipment) to Q-2 Electric Current of the Fire Depart-
ment.
That the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) be trans-
ferred from Q-12-D (Other Equipment) to Q-3 Gas, of said Fire Depart-
ment.
That the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) be transferred, from
P-1-B (Freight, Express, Drayage) of the Police Department to P-10
Garage and Motor Supplies of said Police Department.
That the sum of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) be transferred from
P-7 (Gasoline) to P-10 Garage and Motor Supplies of said Police De-
partment.
That the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) be transferred from
P-12 (Supplies General) to P-10 Garage and Motor Supplies of said
Police Department.
That the sum of Three Hundred andFifty Dollars ($350.00) be trans-
ferred from P-12-A (Office Supplies) to P-6 Repair and Equipment of
said Police Department.
That the sum of Fourteen Dollars ($14.00) be transferred from S-5
(Gasoline) of the Electrical Department, to Subscription and Dues of
said Department.
That the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) be transferred from S-2-A (Ad-
vertising and Publication of Notices) of Electrical Department to Gas
Consumed in said Department.
That the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) be transferred from
S-9-A (Parts of Equipment) to S-9 Supplies General of said Electrical
Department.
That the sum of Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00) be transferred from R-4
(Supplies General) of the Department of Weights and Measures to R-3-A
Repairs of Equipment in said Department.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
