ORDINANCE NO. 2.-
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE
WEST SIDE OF NORTH NILES AVENUE BETWEEN CORBY
STREET AND LEEPER AVENUE IN THE CITY OF
SOUTH BENDS INDIANA.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the parking of vehicles on the westerly side
of North Niles Avenue between Corby Street and Leeper Avenue in
the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby pro-
hibited.
SECTION 2.
Any violation of the provision of this Ordinance
shall subject the violator thereof to a fine of not to exceed
Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) and imprisonment in the Coupty Jail
until the same is paid or replevied, not exceeding thirty (50)
days. I
SECTION S.
This Ordinance skkall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and/legal publication.
