AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,725.00
FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE DEPARTMENT
OF THE BOARD OF SAFETY OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana.
' SECTION 1.
That the sum of Nine Hundred Twenty-five Dollars 0925.00)
be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of
the City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Department of the Board
of Safety, for the purpose of purchasing Police Motor Equipment.
That the sum of Eight Hundred Dollars 0800.00) be and
the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
City of South Bend, Indiana unto the Department of the Board
of Safety, for the purpose of paying temporary salaries of
Street Markers.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
