NASD BETWEEN THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY
of SOUTH BEND, THE GRAND TRW WEB RAILWAY COMPAN'Y.,
AND THE NEW YORK CENTRAL RAILROAD COMPANY, MODIFYING
ORDINANCE NO. 2387, GRANTING TO Tug GRAND T RUNK WESTERN
RAILWAY COIWART RIGHTS OVER CERTAIN PUBLIC'STREETS, ALLEYS,
AND PARKS IN SAID CITE, AND PROVIDING FOR TO JOINT
OCCUPA'T'ION BY SAID RAILROAD COMPANIES OF A CERTAIN
SECTION OP THE RXG T 0E--WAX OF NEW YORK CENTRAL
RAILROAD OOMPANE, AND TEE ERECTION OF A UNION PASSENGER
SPAT/ON. •
Be it ordained by the Otethett Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana; that
A eabAtaat duly entered into on the 16th day of May, 1928, betweea
the muncipal city of South Bend, Indiana, by and thru its Board of Public
f4 Works, the Grand Trunk Western Railway Company andths New York Central Railroad
f Company, and finally considered and adopted by said Boi.rd of Publie Works
8t of duly 1924, providing for the amendment of a contract made

between the City of South Bend, tat-Grand Trunk Western Railway Company
dated 'February 1S, 1924, otherwise known as Ordinance No. 2307, granting to .
I said Grant Trunk Western Railway Company rights over certain streets, alleys,
and public parks An said City, providing for the joint occupancy by said railroad
companies of a certain section of the right-ed./way of Said New York Ceatrai
Railroad Company in said City, and the ereetiom of a union- passenger station for-
f; said railroads in said section, a copy of which contract and instaprinte
attached thereto are hereto attached and made a part hereof, be and,the same
is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed, and approved.
SECTION E.

passage and approval by the Meyer. s
