AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND
SEVENTY-ONE DOLLARS AND SIXTY-THREE CENTS
($2,071. 63) FROM_ THE AIR-PORT DE-
PARTMENT TO THE STREET AND
ALLEY PAYROLL DEPART-
LENT OF TILE BOARD

Be it ordained by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the sum of Two thousand seventy-one dollars and
sixty-three cents ($2,071. 63) , which sum was temporarily loaned
by the Street and Alley Payroll Department of Public Works,
being out of I-1 to the • Air-port Payroll Department, be and
the same is hereby transferred and repaid out of said Air-
port Department to said Street and Alley Payroll Department
of said Board of Works.
SECTION 2.

This Ordiance shall be' in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
