BE IT ORDzINLD by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION m.
That the sum of Three Thousand Dollars (vas, OflL . ..0)
be and the same is hereby appropriated from the Genera i.lund to
the Department of the Board of Public Vorks in its Sub-Department
No. H-18, to be used by said department for the c_i_eaning out of
Boman Creek in said City, between zaichigan Street and the St.
Joseph River.
SLLTION 2.
This Ordinance shail be in fu)1 force and effect from
and after its passage after legal publ ication and hearing.
