AN ORDINANCE, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIVE THOUSAND
HUNDRED AND FORTY, DOLLARS AND EIGHTY=ONE CENTS
'$5„-40.81) FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR DE-

SECOND STREET. WIDENING AND FOR
OLIVE STREET PAVEMENT IM-
PROVEMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana.
SECTION l.,
That the sum of Three Thousand and Forty Dollars and
Eighty-one Cents ($3,040.81) be and the same is hereby appropriated
from the General Fund to the Finance Department for the purpose of
paying deficits in damages allowed as follows, to-wit :
