. An Ordinance fixing the Tax Levy for the

year of 1929 for the Municipal
Civil City of South
•
Bend, Indiana.
Section 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: That there be and hereby is
levied the following amounts for the year 1929 on each One
Hundred ($100.00) Dollars of assessed valuation of property
in the City of South Bend, Indiana as fixed bybthe offieers
of St. Joseph County and of the State of Indiana, for the
objects named:
For General Fund $ .59
For Park Fund
For Track Elevation Fund .005.
For Police Pension Fund .013
For Firemen's Pension Fund .005:
For Sinking Fund .009$-
! For City Plan Commission Fund. .0031
For Hospital Fund .017?
{ For Municipal Airport Fund .0075
TOTAL $ .72
Section 2. There shall be levied a Poll Tax of
Fifty Cents on every male inhabitant of said city, sane and
not a pauper, of the age of Twenty-one years and not over
the age of Fifty years.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
