An Ordinance fixing the Annual Salaries of
the City Officials of the Municipal
City of South Bend , Indiana.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend , Indian,.
SECTION 11p
That the annual salaries for the various Municipal
City officials of the City of South Bend, State of Indiana,
for the years 1930 to 1933 inclusive, be, and the; same are,
hereby fixed to become effective as of January 1st, 1930, as
follows, to-wit:
Mayor $ 7,500.00 '

Firemen, Patrolmen and Detectives First Class, when
used in this Ordinance, shall apply din and mean Officers who
have served for a period of more than one (1) year, and
Second Class shall mean such as have served for more than
Six (6) months and not to exceed one (1) year, and Third

Class shall mean such as have served for a period less than
Six (6) months.
SECTION 2.
That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
SECTION 3.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
