AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF TWENTY DOLLARS
020.00) FROM ONE DEPARTMENT OF THE BOARD OF
HEALTH TO ANOTHFR AND THE SUM OF FIVE
DOLLARS AND FORTY-NINE CENTS 75.49,
FROM ONE DEPARTMENT OF THE
FINANCE DEPARTMENT TO
ANOTHER.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the sum of Twenty Dollars ($2O.00) be and the
same is hereby transferred from the Fund known as V-5 (Electric)
to V-7 (Heat) in the appropriation for U. S. rublic Health Clinic.
SECTIJN 2.
That the sum of Five Dollars and Forty-Nine Cents ($5.49)
be and the same is hereby tran's.£frred from the fund known as B-9
in the Financial Department (printing other than office supplies)
to B-14 (premium on official bond) .
SECTION 3
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
