12N QRDINANCE CHANGING THE NAMES OF CERTAIN
STREETS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana.
SECTION
That the name of Rose Street from Portage Avenue East to the
East line of the street known as Kessler Boulevard, be and the same
is hereby changed from Rose Street to Kessler Place.
SECTION 2.
That the name of Rose Street fram the West line of Kessler
Boulevard to the East_ line of Blaine Avenue, be and the same is
hereby changed to Kessler Boulevard.
SECTION 3
That the name of Blaine Avenue from the present Rose Street
South to the Railroad Tracks crossing the same, which Railroad tracks
are operated by the Michigan Central Railroad, be and the same is
hereby changed to nessler Boulevard.,--/ ,•

That Blaine Avenue from the N ' therly line of the present
Rose Street North to the Northerly `limits of said Blaine Avenue, be
and the same is hereby changed to Inglewood Place. .

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
