BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTIONN
That the sum of Eight Hundred Dollars 4800.00) be and
the same is hereby transferred from the General Fund of said City
to the Finance Department of said City in Sub-Department B-11-a
for refunds, awards and damages.
SECTION L.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
