AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN SUMS OF
MONEY FROIT ONE SUB-DEPARTMENT OF THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC 10RKS TO ANOTHER
SUB-DEPARTMENT OF THE SAME
BOARD.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1.
That the sum of Five Hundred ( 500.00) Dollars be and
the same is hereby transferred from Printing other than Office
Supplies H-13A of the Board of Public Works to Printing and
Advertising H-13 in the same Department.
That the sum of Five Hundred ( 0500.00) Dollars be and
the same is hereby transferred from Furniture and Fixtures H-26
of the Board of Public Works to Printing and Advertising H-13 in
the same Department.
That the sum of Eight Hundred (0800.00) Dollars be and
the same is hereby transferred from Office Equipment H-28 of the
Board of Public Works to City Hall Gas and Light H-11 in the same
Department.
SECTION 2.
That this ordinance shall be in full forde and effect
from and after its passae and approval by the 'Mayor.
