THOUSAND DOLLARS ($i s oo0.00), FROM I GENERAL
EINA_ QF THE CITY 2E SOUTH $END. INDIANA, AS
HEREINBELOW STATED
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION, L.
That the sum of Severity-five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00)
be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of said
City to be used by the Finance Department of said City, for the pur-
pose of paying for condemnations of real estate along the line of
Sample Street and Fellows Street, all as authorized by Resolutions
Numbered 2197 and 2198 of the Board of Public Works of said City.

That the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) be
and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of said
city- to the Track Elevation Fund of said City.
SECTION 5.
It: This Ordinance shall.,be in full force and effect from and
after its passage after legalpublication and hearing.
