WIDENING OF SAMPLE $,THE SAME TO
BE CONSIDISED AS A LOAN
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, that,
$WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, has heretofore condemned, for the widening of Sample Street
and Fellow Street in, said City and agreed to pay on or before July
-, is , 1929 the below named sums to the respective parties for real
estate-taken from said parties, as follows, to-wit: 1, 1 97

nWREREAS, It is advantageous to the said City to consummate
the conderination and its agreement with said respective parties; and
"WHEREAS, Said City has not as yet funds available for said
payments; and
"WHEREAS) Said persons will not accept the amounts stated
unless the same be paid Without delay; and
M ,REAS, There are sufficient funds in the track elevation
fund of said City to Make a temporary loan of the amounts above stated.
Now, therefore, be it ordained by the C on Co oil of t. -,C ty -of
