AN ORDINANCE ,APPROPRIATING, THE QUI[ OF TW tTX,-FIVE
HUNDRED DOLLARS (S2509.07-FR0M THE G ERAL
FUND TO Igg ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT OF
BOARDLQE PUBLIC, SAFETY QF THE
CITY, OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the sum of Twenty-five Hundred Dollars ($2500.00)
be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to
the Electrical Department of the Board of Public Safety of the
City of South Bend, for the purchase and installation of twelve
(12) Fire Alarm Boxes and other necessary materials.
SECTION 2.
That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its legal publication, passage by the Common
Council and approval by the Mayor.
