Ag ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN SUMS OF MONEY FROM Lag SUB-DEPART-.
MEN OF THE APPROPRIATION FOR AIR-PORT TO ANOTHER SUB-DEPART-
MENTL ALL IN Igg DEPARTMENT DE PUBLIC WORKS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00)be and the same is
hereby transfered from Freight and Express, W-3 of the Air-Port Ap-
propriation of said Board of Public Works to W-12, Services other
Contractual.
That the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) be and the
same is hereby transferred from Telephone and Telegraph, W-5 of said
appropriation in said department to W-12y Services other Contractual.
That the s'mm of Forty-seven Dollars and Eighty-three Cents
($47.83) be and the same is hereby transferred from Travelling Expenses,
W-7 of said appropriation in said department to W-12, Services other .
Contractual.
That the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) be and the
same is hereby transferred from Electric Current, W-8 of said ap-
propriation in said department to W-12, Services other Contractual.
That the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) be and the same is
hereby transferred from Coa W-13 to said appropriation in said de-
partment to W-12, Servicesipentractual.
That the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) be and the same
is hereby transferred from Taxes, W-23 of said appropriation in said
department to W-12, Services other Contractual.
All of the above transfers being from sub-department
designated to the Sub-department hereinabove designated in the Air-Port
Fund of the Board of Public Works.
SECTION g:.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
