ORDINANCE N0. 1 7 7 /
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE DEPARTMENT OF THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR USE OF ITS AIRPORT DEPARTMENT
FOR THE BUILDIJG OF A HANGER
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00 be
and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Board of Public Works for the
Department of Municipal Airport for the construction and erection
of a hanger on said airport.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its pastsage after public hearing, as provided by law.
