ORDINANCE NO. a 7 /
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS FROM CERTAIN
SUB-DEPARTMENTS TO OTHER SUB-DEPARTMENTS: IN THE
DEPARTMENT OF THE BOARD OF HEALTH
( BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the sum of Six Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($650.00)
be and the same is hereby transferred from the Grocery Fund Of said
Public Health Department, known as T-9, to the following -
T. 7 - Repairs of cars - $ 200.00
T. 12 - Oil, cars - 50.00
T. 14 - Medical attention - 100.00
T.15 - Medical supplies - 300.00
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be--ifnhfull force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by_44e Mayor.
