c5-#: AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN SUMS OF MONEY FROM Qj
SUB-DEPARTMENT OF THE BOARD QF PUBLIC SAFETY TO AN-
OTHER SUB-DEPARTMENT IN THE SAME DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION L.
•
That the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ' ($150.00)
•
be and the same is hereby transferred from Gasoline Q-7 of the Fire
Department of said Board of Public Safety to Q-3 Gas, of said same
Sub-Department.
That the sum of Seven Hundred Dollars ($700.00) be and the
same is hereby transferred from Gasoline, P-7, of the Police Department
of said Board of Public Safety to P-6, Repair of Equipment .
That the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) be and the
same is hereby transferred from Tires and Tubes, P-9, to Other Equip-
ment, P-16, of said Police Depar merit.
That the sum of Ten alars ($1 t00) be and the same is
hereby transferred from Advertising ands blication of Notices, S-2-A
of the Electrical Department "hid fl ailment of Public Safety, to
Gas Consumes, S-21. •
That the sum of On -' ousand D lars ($1,000.00) be and the
same is hereby transferred "` :l, Parts o4 Equipment, S-9-A to General
Supplies, S-9 of said Elect', cfl Department.
That the sum of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) be and the same is
hereby transferred from Tires and Tubes, S-7, to Subscriptions and
Dues, S-9-A-1 of said Electrical Department .
SECTION 2.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage:_and approval by the Mayor.
