CONDEMN CERTAIN REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED IN ITS CON-
DEMNATION RESOLUTION NUMBER 2206 FOR THE OPEN-,
0 HARRIET RRIET STREET TO THE ST.JOSEPH RIVER
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the Board of Public Works of the City of South
Bend, Indiana, is hereby specifically authorized to condemn real
estate for the opening and extension of Harriet Street from its
present southern terminus to the St. Joseph River, all as pro-
vided for in said Board' s Condemnation Resolution Number 1850.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance sh tbp full force and effect from
