ORDINANCE N0. 76 /
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY-
SEVEN DOLLARS AND FORTY-EIGHT CENTS FROM THE GENERAL
FUND TO THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT B-8a OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND.. INDIANA. FOR PAYMENT OF LEGAL
ADVERTISING
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the sum of Eight-Hundred and Twenty-seven Dollars
and Forty-eight Cents ($827.48) be and the same is hereby appropriat-
ed from the General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to the
Finance Department, sub-head B-8a, with which to pay for legal ad-
vertising of sale of real estate delinquent under the cash plan,
which payments are owing as follows, to-wit:
To the South Bend Tribune $ 413.40
n n News-Times Printing Co. . :$ 414.08
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage after legal publication and hearing.
