BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the Board of Public Works of the City of South
Bend, Indiana, is hereby specifically authoria4d to condemn
real estate to increase the with of Sample Street and Fellow•
Street in accordance with ModifiadResolution No. 4 for Grade
Separation and approved on January 9, 1925, and November 21, 1928,
all as provided for in said Board's Condemnation Resolutions
Numbered 2197 and 2198.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
