AU ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN SUMS OF MONEY FROM
21E SNUB-DEPARTMENT OF THE APPROPRIATDN FOR AIR-
PORT TO ANOTHER SUB-DEPARTMENT. ALL f THE
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS

BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) be
and the same is hereby transferred from Salaries and Wages
Regular W-l. to Salaries and Wages Temporary W-2.
That the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) be and
the same is hereby transferred from, Furnishing Water W-9 to
Services Contractual, W-12.
That the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) be
and the same is hereby transferred from Other Structures, W-24,
Services e c n
r v i es Co tractual, W-12.
All of the above transfers being from sub-department
designated to the sub-department hereinabove designated in the
Air-Port Fund of the Board of Public Works.
SECTION 142_
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
