A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND,INDIANA, CORRECTING SCRIVENER'S ERROR IN
RESOLUTION NO. 4471-15 APPROVING THE DISPOSITION OF REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 51190 MAYFLOWER ROAD AND 51270 MAYFLOWER ROAD,
SOUTH BEND,INDIANA
WHEREAS, on July 13, 2015, the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana
(the "Common Council") adopted Resolution 4471-15 approving the disposition of real property
located at 51190 and 51270 Mayflower Road, South Bend, Indiana (the "Disposition
Resolution"); and
WHEREAS, the Common Council desires to correct a scrivener's error appearing in the
Disposition Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. Each instance of "Ind. Code 36-1-11-4.2" in the Disposition Resolution is
deleted and "Ind. Code 36-1-11-4" is inserted in its place.
Section II. The Disposition Resolution is reaffirmed in all other respects and will
continue in full force and effect according to its terms.
Section III. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption
by the Common Council and approval by the M. . .

RE: Correcting Scrivener Error in Resolution 4471-15
Dear President Scott:
Attached for the Common Council's consideration is a Resolution correcting a scrivener's
error to Resolution 4471-15,the sale of City owned property at 51190 and 51270 Mayflower Road.
Staff requests that each reference to Indiana Code Section 36-1-11-4.2 be replaced with Indiana
Code Section 36-1-11-4.
I will be at Committee and Council to present and to answer any questions.
