ORDINANCE NO. r/7
An Ordinance ratifying a contract between the
Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and
Phillip Cohn, Contractor.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana:
Section 1. That a certain contract entered into between the
City of South Bend, Indiana, by and through its Board of Public
Works on the 18th day of March, 1930, and Phillip Cohn,
Contractor, a copy of which is hereto attached and made a part
of this Ordinance, for the remodeling of and addition to Water
Works Office Building, known as No.224 North Main Street, for
the sum of Seven Hundred and Thirty—Nine and 50/100 ($739.50)
Dollars, be and the same is hereby in all things ratified,
confirmed, and approved.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
