FOR HIRING AND PREMIUM ON BOND OF AN

ADDITIONAL DEPUTY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1 . That the sum of Eight Hundred Fifty-six
Dollars (3856.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated
from the general fund of the City of South Bend to the City
Clerk of said City for hiring a second additional Deputy
Clerk, being "C" 3.
SECTION 2. That the such of Twenty Dollars (; 20.00)
be appropriated from the general fund of the City of South
Bend to the City Clerk of said City for the premium on the
bond of said Deputy, being "C" 6 .
SECTION 3, This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and legal publication
