ORDINANCE NO. o2 V if 3
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY
DOLLARS ( $250.001 FROM ONE SUB-DEPARTMENT
OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC SAFETY TO ANOTHER
SUB-DEPARTMENT OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC SAFETY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend :
SECTION 1.
That the amount of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ( $250.00)
hitherto appropriated for the year of 1930 to the Department of
Public Safety for its Police Department, being P-16 be transferred
to 0-3B of the same Department for stenographic help at the rate
of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) per month.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after
its palale an ��pproval by the Mayor.
