AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN SUMS OF MONEY FROM ONE SUB-
DEPARTMENT OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS TO OTHER SUB-DEPART-
MENTS OF THE SAME BOARD.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the Ciity of South Bend,
Indiana.

Section 1. That the sum of Five Thousand Dollars (95,000.00) be
• and toe same is hereby transferred from Water Rental Fund, H-12,
of the Board of Public Works to City Hall Repairs Fund, H-14A,
of the same Department.
Section 11. That the sum of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) be
and the same is hereby transferred from Water Rental Fund, H-12,
Of the Board of Public Works to Furniture and Fixtures Fund,
H-26, of the same Department.
Section 111. That the sum of Twg Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) be
