AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THAT PART OF CRESCENT
AVENUE WHICH LIES BETWEEN HILL STREET AND
NILES AVENUE FROM THE. SIX HUNDRED BLOCK
E FIVETUNDIFED BLOCK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND:
SECTION 1. That the numbers on that part of Crescent
Avenue which lies between Hill Street and Niles Avenue be
changed from Six hundred (600) to Five hundred (500) , and
that where the digit six ( 6) appears in the hundreds place
in any number on Cresent Avenue between Hill Street and
Niles Avenue for any building, that it be changed to five (5) .
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect after its passage by the Common Council and approval
by the Mayor.
