A BOI 'VARD AND GIVING THE CARE AND CONTROL
MHEREOF UNTO THE BOARD OP PARK COMItISSIONERS
OY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That North Shore Drive, from its intersection with Niles
Avenue to its intersection with Angela Avenue , in the City of
South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby changed from a
street to a boulevard and the same is hereby transferred by
this Ordinance unto the Board of Park Commissioners of said
•
City to use, hold and control the same as a public boulevard
I or pleasure driveway.
SECTION 2,
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
