ORDINANCE NO. 813

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWENTY-FIVE
THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND NINETY DOLLARS 0 25, 690.00)
FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY
FOR ITS FIRE DEPARTMENT.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Six Hundred and
Ninety Dollars ( $25, 690.00) be, and the same is hereby appropriated
from the General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana to the
li Department of Public Safety for the Fire Department for the purpose
of purchasing the following equipment, to wit:
(a) One 750-gallon Triple Comhination pumping D gine,
l Booster Tank and Equipment, and Hose Car;
(b) One Hook and Ladder Double-Deck Service Truck,
E Tank;

( c) 1,IMO fee of 2i 4 inch Double Jacket , Rocker
