ORDINANCE NO. of W 30
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF NINE THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN ($9 ,237.00 ) DOLLARS FROM THE
GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND , INDIANA,
TO THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1.
That the sum of Nine Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-seven I
( $9 ,237 .00) Dollars be , and the same is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of South Bend , Indiana , to the Department
of Finance of Laid City for the following purposes:
(a) Premiums on Official Bonds "x,8 ,800.00
(b ) Premiums for Insurance 200.00
( c ) For Official Badges 237 .00
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage after legal publication and hearing.
