BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend , Indiana,
Section I. That the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) be end
the same is hereby transferred from the fund known as H-I2 Water Rental,
to 11-I41 for City Hall Repairs.
Section II. That the sum of Twenty Five Hundred Dollars 02,500.00)
be and the same is hereby transferred from the fund known as H-I2
Water Rental, to 11-26 forFurniture and Fixtures.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
