WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works has contracted with Clement J. Gerber and J. Howard Haley, doing business as Gerber & Haley, to mcdre certain repairs on the City Hall, as is shown by the agreements attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked "Ex- hibit A" ; and WHEREAS, said contract is now submitted to the Common Council of the City of South Bend for it s approval by ordinance; THEREFORE, be it and it is hereby ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend: SECTION 1. That said contract made and entered into by and between the City of South Bend, Indiana by and through its Board of Public Works with said Gerber & Haley, be, and the same is in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
