'� os � d � c. -AleCity Clerk Approved and signed by me i' 1 6 a Cif r Mayor 11 i ORDINANCE NO. trem AN ORDINANCE REGULATIm TRAFFIC' UPON TEE STREETS, ALLEYS AND PUBLIC PLACES OF THE, CITY OF SOUTH BEND BE IT ENACTED BY THE COMION COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND: SEC. 1. Whenever the track of a steam railroad crosses at grade within this city,tha tracks of any interurban, electric or street railway, and such steam railroad maintains at such crossing any warning danger signaling device, such as warning bell, flash light or wigwag signal, or crossing watchmen or gates, or the hand signals of ground switchman, flagman or watchman, which operate as a train or engine approaches such crossing on such steam railroad, then such steam railroad and its em- ployees III or servants shall not be required to stop any engine or car or train of cars running or switching upon any track belonging to such steam railroad, before proceeding over such interurban, electric or street railway track; all as provided in Sections 2906,2908, and 2911 of R.S. of 1926.
