ORDINANCE NUI,IBLR - °2 �
AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING AND APPROVING
A CERTAIN CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BY
AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA BY AND THROUGH ITS BOARD OF
PUBLIC WORKS AND 0. P/I. RAY FOR THE
COLLECTION AND REMOVAL OF GARBAGE AND
SMALL DEAD ANIMALS .
.
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 7th day of January,
1930, the City of South Bend, Indiana, by and through its
Board of Public Works, pursuant to a resolution duly
adopted, made and entered into a contract with 0. M. Ray,
of South Bend, Indiana, which contract is attached hereto,
made a part hereof and marked "Exhibit A" . And
WHEREAS, said contract is now submitted to the
Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana for its
due approval by ordinance ;
THEREFORE, be , and it is hereby ordained by the
Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That the said contract made and
entered into between the City of South Bend, Indiana by
• and through its Board of Public Works, and said 0. M. Ray,
be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed
and approved.
SECTION II. That this Ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval by the Mayor .
