TO OTHER SUB-DEPARTI NTS IN TEE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS.

Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend , Indiana ,
Sectiolfthavet the sum of Thirty-eight thousand four hundred forty seven
Dolla 8, 7.60) be transferred from Appropriation. No.K-I for Salaries
and '•iages , regular, in the Department of Garbage, to Appropriation No.
K_-IA for services contractual, in the sane Department .
Section 2. That the sum of Five Dollars (?5.00) be transferred from•Appropriation No,K-2 for Postage in the Department of Garbage, to Appropri
ation NTo.K-IA for services contra ctual, in the same Department .
Section 3. That the sum of Thirteen hundred sixty seven dollars and sixty
cents 01,367.60) be transferred from Appropriation No.K-3 for Gasoline
in the Department of Garbage, to Appropriation No,I-IA for services
Contractual, in the same Department.
• Section 4. That the sum of One Hundred and fifty Dollars ($150 .00) be
transferred from Appropriation No.K-4 for Oil in the Department of Garbage ,
to Appropriation No.K-IA for Services contractual, in the same Department. , •
Section 5. That the sum of One Hundred and fifty Dollars ($150,00) be
transferred from Appropriation No.K-S for Tires and Tubes in the Depart-
ment of Garba€e to Appropriation No.K-IA for Services Contractual , in the
same Department . •
Section 6. That the sum of Three Hundred Dollars (5300.00) be transferred
from Appropriation No.K-6 for Other Garage and Motor Supplies in the Depart-
ment of Garbage to Appropriation No.K-IA for Services Contractual, in the
same Department.
Section 7T That the sum of Two Hundred Sixty Four Dollars ($264.00) be
transferred from A propriation No.K-7 for General Supplies in the Department
of Garbage to Appropriation No.K-IA for Services Contractual, in the same
Department .
Section 86 That the sum of Eight Hundred Sixteen Dollars and Forty-three
cents (%16.43) be transferred from Appropriation No.K-S for Motor Equipment
in the Department of Garbage to Appropriation No.K-IA for Services Contract-
ual, in the same Department .
Section 9. That the sum of Two Hundred Dollars 0200.00) be transferred from
Appropriation No.K-7 in the Department of Garbage to Appropriation No.K-2A for
R1epairs of Equipment in The same Department . •
• Section I0. That the sum of One hundred Eighty Three Dollars and Fifty-seven
cents ( 183.57) be transferred from Appropriation No.K-8 for Motor Equipment
in the De re.rtalent of Garbage to Appropriation No.K-2A for Repairs of Equip-
ment in the same Department.
