' AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING A PART OF WILBER STREET
TO THE JURISDICTION AND CONTROL OF THE BOARD •
OF PARK.COMMISSIONERS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend , Indiana:
SECTION 1.
That that part of Wilber Street extending from the north
line of Keller Street to the west line of Portage Avenue be , and
the same is hereby transferred to the jurisdiction and control
of the Board of Park Commissioners of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, and the said Board of Park Commissioners shall have
exclusive government , management and control of said street
as. above described, all as provided by law creating and
governing said Board of Park Commissioners: Provided,
however , that said Board shall not have authority over the
sewers and sewer connections , and water mains and water con-
nections on or in said street .
SECTION 2 .
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage .
