CITY OF SOUTH BEND. INDIANA, 12 THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE

MENTS FOR THE NORTHWEST SEWER.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana.
SECTION ONE
That the sum of Fifty-Four Thousand Dollars ($54,000.00)
be and the same is hereby u efrom the General Fund of the
City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Department of Finance of said
City for the purpose of paying the installment and interest fora 1929 r'
upon reduction of assessments for the Northwest Sewer.
SECTION TWO,
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage after legal publication and hearing .
