AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE CONTROL OF A PART OF
WEST SOUTH AND NORTH FRANKLIN STREETS UNTO THE
CONTROL QF THE BOARD OF PARK COMMTSSIONERS .
- 2E THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND.
INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That that part of South Street which extends from
the Westerly line of South Lafayette Street to the Easterly
line of South William Street &t that part of South Franklin
Street, which extends from the herly line of South Streets
to the Noutherly line of Monroe Street, be and the same is
hereby given'fe' and transferredrnto the Board of Park` Com-
F - missioners of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and said Board
of Park Commissioners shall have the exclusive government,
management and control of said portion of said streets herein-
above described, as provided by law.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
