AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF 1A2 THOUSAND
THREE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-NINE DOLLARS AND
NINETEEN CENTS ($2,329.19) FROM TWO SUB-
DEPARTMENTS" OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUB-
LIC WORKS UNTO ANOTHER SUB-DEPART-
MENT OF SAID BOARD OF WORKS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the sum of One Tho sand Dollars ($1,000.00) be
and the same is hereby transferred from the fund known as I-9,
Streets and Alley General Supplies to I-1 Street and Alley Pay-
roll.
That the sum of Thirteen Hundred and Twenty-nine Dol-
lars and Nineteen Cents ($1329.19) be transferredfrom I-12 Street
and Alley Material to I-i Street and Alley Payroll.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
