AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS FROM CERTAIN
SUB-DIVISIONS IN THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
SAFETY TO OTHTR SUB-DIVISIONS OF
THE SAYE DEPARTMENT.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1.
That the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars be and the
same is hereby transferred from P - 1-C--postage , to P - 16--other
equipment.
That the sum of Five Hundred ( $500.00) Dollars be and
the same is hereby transferred gr p P 4--printing ( other than
office supplies) to P - 16--othe4,quipment.
That the sum of Two Spired (000.00) Dollars be and the
same is hereby transferred from Part—photo and blue printing to
P .- 16--other equipment.
That the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars be [nd the same
is hereby transferred from P - 12--institutional and medical to
P - 16--other equipment.
That the sum of Five Hundred (° 500.00) Dollars be and the
same is hereby transferred from P - 12-A--office supplies to P - 16--
other equipment.
That the sum of Six Hundred and Fifty ($650.00) Dollars be
and the same is hereby - 13--supplies h s s by transferred from P 13 supplies general to
P - 16--other equipment.
SECTION 2.
That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval by the mayor.
