ORDINANCE NO. O 7
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF EIGHTEEN THOUSAND
DOLLARS (118,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL_ FUND OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND,, INDIANA, TO THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC WORKS FOR STREET AND ALLEY FUNDS
AND GASOLINE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1_
That the sum of Seventy-five Hundred- Dollars ($7500.00)
be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of
the City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Department of the Board of
Public Works for street and alley, being Account Number I-1.
That the sum of Seventy-five Hundred Dollarss ($7500.00)
be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Board of Public Works for its
Street and Alley Repair Department, being Account Number A-l.
That the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) , be and
the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the City of
South Bend, Indiana,to the Department of Public Works for Gasoline
being Account Number 5-5-.•,,,

SECTION 2.
This Ordinance- shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage after legal publication and hearing.
