AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN SUMS OF MONEY FROM ONE
SUB-DEPARTMENT OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ANOTHER SUB-
DEPARTMENT OF THE SAME BOARD.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana :
SECTION I. That the sum of Five Hundred. Dollars 0500,00) be
and the same is hereby transferred from Office Supplies H-2I at
the Board of Public Works to Sidewalk Repairs Appropriation No.
H-17 of the same Department.
That the sum of Three Hundred Seventy-five Dollars
(375.00) be and the same is hereby transferred from General supplies
H-22 of the Board of Public Works to Sidewalk Repairs H-17 of the
same Department,
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
