Vice-Chair of the Community Investment Committee, Dr. David Varner, called the hearing to order
noting just one item on the agenda and the fact that there was not the required quorum to take official
action.
Dr.Varner recognized Brock Zeeb from the Community Investment Department to make a presentation.
Brock rather than making a presentation requested the committee recommend a continuance until the
meeting on September 14.
With that Dr.Varner adjourned the hearing at 4:02.
