BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMIMION COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That ordinance number 2331 adopted by the
Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the
25th day of June, 1923 and commonly known as the Zoning
Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended in so far as
it applies to the property hereinafter set forth in the
following:
Lots numbered One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four
(4) and Five (5) Burrough's Sub- division in the
City of South Bend, Indiana,
are hereby changed from "B Height and Area" to "C Height and
Area" and shall be henceforth in "C Height and Area" class-
ification.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect
