B AND, IivDIANA:
SECTION 1. That ordinance number 2331 adopted by the Common
Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana on the 25th day of June,
1923, and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is
hereby amended insofar as it applies to the height and area of the
following described property as follows:
The parcels and lots abutting upon Mishawaka
Avenue in the City of South Bend between Thirty -
sixth Street on the West and Logan Street on
the East,
are Hereby changed from "D Height and Area" to "E Height and Area ",
and shall be henceforth in "E Height and Area" classification under
and pursuant to sa.id.Ordinance 2331.
ZCTIOd 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and legal publication.
